Life doesn’t have to feel this heavy forever. Therapy is a place to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin creating lasting change—with guidance that is compassionate, practical, and grounded in your experiences.

Bottom line? I can help you on your journey toward greater personal growth, acceptance, and freedom.

Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are.

It’s about helping you reconnect with the strengths that have always been there, and once again, writing your own story, on your terms.

I’m Matt—a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 13 years of experience in helping people just like you navigate life’s challenges, regain control of their life story, and come out the the other side.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in your way and build the tools, insight, and confidence to move toward the life you’ve always wanted.

WHY THERAPY?

A good therapist can help you on your journey toward greater personal growth, acceptance, and freedom.

Absolutely everyone is powerful—even when they least suspect it.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Personal change can be one of the most powerful decisions we’ll ever make. By exploring and leveraging your unique strengths, together we can help you build new pathways toward the life you want to live and the person you want to be.

COUPLES THERAPY

The partners with whom we share our lives represent some of the deepest and most fulfilling connections we have. But the relationships we keep are also complex spaces where conflict can sometimes overshadow the inherent benefits. By learning to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy patterns of behavior, together we can help you strengthen very best parts of your relationship and minimize those that harm it.

FAMILY THERAPY

The ones we love most can be an incredible source of support, happiness, and meaning in our lives—but they can also present challenges in these same areas. By learning how to better navigate these important relationships, together we can help you strengthen those bonds that are healthy for your growth, and set limits on those that aren’t.
